Cream, faceted vase

A faceted vase made of cream stoneware, glazed inside with white, matte glaze. The technique of faceting (cutting the edge of the vessel) caused numerous imperfections and gave the vessel the character of a wabi-sabi aesthetic.

Each vessel is turned on a pottery wheel and hand-glazed, so there may be slight differences in dimensions and finish between individual pieces.
